Many people also asking the same thing. Why designer loves using Mac to support their works? especially for designing.
Here are some answers:
Font rendering; from a design perspective, Mac has classically been better at rendering font. From the designers perspective Apple represent all that is cool about design. Indeed as much thought has gone into the aesthetics of Apple products including Mac’s, as has gone into the technology inside. The software and OS is intuitive and when compared to Windows, it wins hands down. What Apple offers designers is something that has been well thought through, is easy and simple to use and which ultimately appeals to their sensibilities.
Macs offer the easiest means of getting their ideas into reality and that is the reason why they will always turn to Apple over any other. There is also the likelihood that most designers cut their creative teeth on a Mac and as such are not comfortable using anything else.
Apple Mac’s were always too pricey for the domestic market, especially in the early days, so it was predominately businesses and professional institutions that did shell out for the hardware, their love of which meant they were sure to remain loyal to the brand. Mac users it was often said would never consider changing to another manufacturer and because of this Apple occupied its own niche for many years – that of providing highly powerful PC’s capable of handling memory sucking software and perfect for the production of graphic designs, technical drawings and handling complex data sets.
Some of the MacBook Pro and MacBook owners have experienced problems with the keyboard.
Recent models of the MacBook and MacBook Pro have been plagued with hardware issues since 2015 (MacBook) and 2016 (MacBook Pro). While the main complaint about the MacBook relates to the keyboard, an issue shared with the MacBook Pro, MacBook Pro owners are also contending with a problem causing both the SSD and logic board to require replacement, an issue that can cause data loss or drive failure, an issue with the Thunderbolt port, and speaker issues – which are also appearing on the 2018 MacBook Pro according to reports.
The most issue is the keyboard is stops working, both on MacBoo and MacBook Pro. As of the end of June 2018 Apple has admitted that there is a problem with the current keyboard design on the MacBook and MacBook Pro and is offering free repairs to customers who have been affected.
Apple maintains that the new keyboard design is purely to quieten the keys, but it looks like this new design will also avoid the problems that have plagued the past few generations of keyboards with the ‘butterfly’ design.
Apple itself previously recommended using compressed air to blow the dust from under the affected key. But this is not the solution for fixing the keyboard problem, due to it was impossible to remove the dust without removing the entire keyboard. It is not possible to take individual keys out to clean the keyboard as it used to be with older models. And it’s not just the keyboard that must be removed but also the battery, frame and ports – a repair that can only be performed by an Apple service professional.
